… an office Christmas party gone horribly wrong!
Ah, the office Christmas party. That mortifying annual exercise in mandatory fun. Artless smalltalk, inappropriate karaoke, bungled attempts to suck up to superiors–what’s not to love? As long as it happens on Arrested Development and not at your actual office, that is.

Michael and Maeby’s duet debacle aside, music is important. And not just because it’s awesome to listen to, but because research has consistently demonstrated that students who study a musical instrument enhance their critical thinking skills and their ability to work together as a team. They are more engaged in school and less likely to drop out; and they do significantly better in all of their academic endeavors. A donation to the VH1 Save the Music Foundation can help provide new musical instruments to students around the country and raise awareness of the need for musical education in our public schools. And it might just prevent another “Afternoon Delight” catastrophe.
